Shipping & delivery
At this time we ship only within Belgium and the Netherlands.
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over €150 within Belgium and the Netherlands.
Orders are usually prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within one business day.
Once the order has been collected by the carrier, delivery typically takes:
- Belgium: next business day after shipment
- Netherlands: approximately two business days after shipment
Depending on the time the order is placed and when it is collected by the carrier, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carriers or customs. If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived as expected, please contact us via our Contact page and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Once your return request has been processed, you may send the item back using a shipping service of your choice. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.
Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
