We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

For the safety and comfort of all our customers, returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Jewelry that shows signs of wear or use may not be eligible for return.

Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to start a return

Returns must first be requested before sending any items back.

If you do not have an account, please request a return through our Contact page and include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Once your return request has been processed, you may send the item back using a shipping service of your choice. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If an order is returned in full, any standard shipping fee originally paid for the order will also be refunded, in accordance with European consumer law. If only part of an order is returned, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately via our Contact page if the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is the most appropriate solution.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

European Union consumer rights

Within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
