Processing & delivery times

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within one business day. Please note that orders are processed and shipped on business days only.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• Belgium: next business day delivery

• Netherlands: approximately two business days

Depending on when your order is placed, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders of €150 or more within Belgium and the Netherlands.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with track and trace code so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, delays may occur due to shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
