Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Returns must first be requested before sending any items back.

If you do not have an account, please request a return through our Contact page and include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Once your return request has been processed, you may send the item back using a shipping service of your choice. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If an order is returned in full, any standard shipping fee originally paid for the order will also be refunded, in accordance with European consumer law.
