Returns

You can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (or the last item in your order), without giving a reason. Start a return or cancellation from your order page. Sign in with your checkout email and the one-time code sent to you; no account registration is needed. Choose “Cancel items” for an unshipped item or “Return items” for a delivered item. You will receive an email confirming your request. If you cannot access the order page, you can also contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

After telling us that you are withdrawing from the purchase, send the item back within 14 days. Please contact us first for the correct return address.

Return costs and condition

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct postage cost to send the item back. We do not provide a prepaid return label. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate solution, including return postage where applicable.

You may handle an item as you would in a shop to check its nature, features and how it works. Please include its accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. If it has been handled more than needed and this reduces its value, a proportionate deduction may apply where the law allows. This does not by itself remove your 14-day right to withdraw.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method without undue delay. For a return, we may wait until we receive the item or you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first. If you return your whole order under the 14-day right, your refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We do not refund any extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery method.

Sale items

Discounted and sale items are covered by the same 14-day right to withdraw as other items, unless a specific legal exception applies.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and details of the issue. Your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract are not affected by this return policy.
